Amor Cubano presents:
LIVE AT AMOR CUBANO!
Ariacne Trujillo is a classically trained pianist, vocalist and composer from Cuba's top conservatory, Instituto Superior de Arte. She has performed with the famed Tropicana band in Havana Cuba, while holding the piano chair with the National Philharmonic Orchestra of Havana and Matanzas. Recently, here in the U.S., she has performed at Carnegie Hall in 2007, and this year with Paul Simon in Songs From The Capeman at the Brooklyn Academy of Music and at the Afro-Cuban Fiesta with Paquito de Rivera and David Oquendo at Jazz At Lincoln Center. Ms. Trujillo is also the pianist and musical director of the New York based Cuban Timba band La Bolá.
Join us once again at Amor Cubano for an evening that truly captures the essence of real Cuban home cooking in a setting that brings together both the classic golden age of Cuba with a more young, hip and sexy atmosphere full of music, dancing, singing and performance art.
