New York's Premier Charanga Band
SonSublime is New York’s Top Cuban Charanga orchestra, playing the classic styles of Danzón, Cha-Cha-Cha and Son. SonSublime embraces these classic styles and enhances them with a fresh, energetic sound adored by young and mature dancers alike.
Join SonSublime for The 7th Annual Salsa Sunday Festival at Harbor Conservatory for the Performing Arts. Featuring the lyrical sounds of Charanga with SonSublime, the hard driving rhythms of Salsa Dura of Ocho y Mas and the classic sounds of the Palladium era with the Harbor Latin Big Band. Also hear Latin music pioneers speak about their music in “A conversation with the masters” moderated by journalist, bandleader Aurora Flores and lots more!
SonSublime plays at 5pm.
Admission is $7.
The Festival is from 1pm to 7pm.

The Raices Latin Music Museum is dedicated to the research, preservation, and promotion of the Afro-Cuban rooted Latin Music commonly referred to as Salsa. Raices conducts ongoing public programs, exhibitions and symposia that use the contents of the collection as their nucleus. Raices Latin Music Museum is an affiliate of the Smithsonian Institution and an Official project of Save America's Treasures.
